The hotel itself is good and a value for money. But the pricing policy must be regulated.
The hotel area is huge and green. The beach access is great having everything needed.
The staff, charged me extra on the check in. And it was almost 50% from my price. So for sure not a tourist fee. And I was shocked more when booked another stay after a week at the same hotel through the tourist company almost 2 times cheaper in total what I paid when booked through booking.com

Very poor resort in a amazing location.
The hotel is in a great location.beach is the most amazing thing there with a lot of coloured fish.pools are good and clean.aqua park small but nice.the staff is trying their best and always smile and helpful.
Food is horrible with no variety and bad taste.the room was big but old , the bathroom was not good and water turns off many times.the most important thing is the all inclusive very bad ice cream,coktails,beer and alcholic drinks was not included.also snacks was very poor only one item everyday.water bottles was few at the room so you have to refill your bottles all day.you can’t disallaow all these things and till me i have an all inclusive system.so i recommend to cancel it and the half board is enough for the hotel as you dont give all these benefits to egyptions or to improve it to be like other big and respectable resorts.
